Hi fellas, been a while!

Sorry for the lack of updates, but I didn't really have time to do much lately. A lot of things happened since I last wrote. As my 24th birthday approaches, I reflect on the events of my 23rd year.

I am now writing from Hamburg, where I'm currently on internship. It's a beautiful city, far more pleasant than I expected actually. It's very green, and everybody rides on bikes! My only complaint is the weather: it keeps changing, every day. You can go from summer heat to autumn cold overnight, with varying levels of dampness. But all in all, everything's great! The work is quite hard, but I'm having a real blast. ^^

The good news is that they actually have a scanner at the office, so I'll probably upload a couple of things soon. I have to get back "in shape" first: I haven't been drawing much lately, I'm afraid I'm a bit rusty. But since my roommate (who is also my colleague) is an artist, I don't lack the motivation.

As there's always two sides to every coin, my life has had it's downs as well in the past couple of months. I'm a failure as a student, and as a (now ex) girlfriend. I try to be positive about it: I can start afresh in both aspects. But I can't help feeling insecure when I stop and think about it. Thankfully, I have enough work and company, so I don't mope around.

That's pretty much it, really. All in all, I'm really fine. Even though I'm sometimes anxious about my future, I have plans, and I will hold onto them if I feel down.
